BJJL2200 Stable isotope characteristics of hydrogen and oxygen in the growth period of Korla fragrant pear fruit from different producing areas

By analyzing the hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O) stable isotope ratios and their changes during the growth period of Korla fragrant pear fruit, the δ2H and δ18O differences of fragrant pear fruits from different producing areas were compared.

method

Korla fragrant pear from different origin was taken as the research object, fruit samples were collected 60 to 150 days after flowering, and vacuum condensation extraction method was used (Ke Yunjianling, model: The δ2H and δ18O values of water extracted from fruits by BJJL-2200 were determined by high temperature cracking and isotope ratio mass spectrometry. The H and O isotopic characteristics of fragrant pear during its growth stage were analyzed. The differences of δ2H and δ18O values of fruit water from different producing areas were investigated by variance analysis.

result

The δ2H variation of fruit water during the growth period in Korla and Aksu cities of Xinjiang and Jiuquan City of Gansu Province ranged from -49.9 ‰ to -15.4 ‰, -62.0 ‰ to -28.2 ‰, and -61.5 ‰ to 1.5‰, respectively. Delta 18 o range respectively is 2.5 ‰ ~ 6.7 ‰, 5.3 ‰ ~ 3.4 ‰, 3.5 ‰ ~ 14.2 ‰, the mature period of three of the delta 18 o values were extremely significant differences (P < 0.01). The δ2H and δ18O evaporation lines of the three producing areas were located at the lower right of the local atmospheric water line during the whole growth period, and the water enrichment of fragrant pear fruit was obvious.

Conclusion The H and O isotopes of the fragrant pear fruits from Korla and Aksu in Xinjiang and Jiuquan in Gansu have their own fingerprint characteristics during the whole growth period. The slope and intercept of the evaporation line of Korla are lower, and the ability of 2H and 18O of the fruit water evaporation is stronger.

conclusion

Based on H and O isotope data of fruit water of Korla fragrant pear in different producing areas, this study analyzed the variation rules of δ2H and δ18O enrichment in fruit water of Korla fragrant pear in different producing areas, and discussed the possible influencing factors of H and O isotope changes in fruit water of Korla fragrant pear in different producing areas. The main conclusions are as follows: The δ2H and δ18O of fragrant pear increased gradually from west to east in 7 counties in Xinjiang. The water enrichment capacity of Korla fragrant pear for 2H and 18O was related to the temperature variation of different producing areas. The δ2H, δ18O values of fragrant pear fruit and irrigation water source showed the regularity of Korla city > Jiuquan City > Aksu city.
